Animal Owners Frantic on Pet Food Recall

UNION, N.J. (AP) - Pet owners were worried Saturday that the pet food in their cupboard may be deadly after millions of containers of dog and cat food sold at major retailers across North America were recalled.

Hi there Paul,It's just after 3am but we had to email you guys to let you know what Hope did tonight. She went out for a pee, and began to bark like mad...we thought she was just barking at perhaps some teenagers down below our property...we brought her in and she continued to bark as if something was really wrong, or we thought perhaps a bear around...she wouldn't let up....Hope forced my husband to go have a look outside on our deck and he smelled smoke .....he went around the side to see that the side of the mountain was on fire!!!! 2 houses down the fire was moving quickly ! She saved the lives of people in 2 homes...they were asleep, and are older folks...we cannot believe what an alert system she is!Another hour or so we figure our home too would have been engulfed in flames!!!Forest fires in BC can really take off when they get into the tops of trees...Hope was barking while this was spreading quickly through underbrush...this fire could have killed sooooo many people who were asleep and who reside along the forest...around 50 years ago this town did completely burn to the ground due to a forest fire...Hope just may have prevented a similar incident....I am more grateful for her than I can even articulate....Kind Regards,Michelle

When putting together these pictures I just noticed we don't had a picture of Raven standing. One is on the way. She is very athletic, fast and agile. She is just a happy, happy girl, a kick to have around.

This is Geneva and she went to the West Indies. She turned out to be a clown just like Raven, she was a lot of fun to have around here while we went through the import procedure.
